Gift STEEZ Terms.
What you're buying
A Gift STEEZ certificate purchases one named prepaid styling service (STEEZ Edit: Occasion, STEEZ Edit: Season, or STEEZ Virtual Style Guide). It is not general store credit. The service includes what's listed at the time of purchase. Clothing and any recommended purchases are separate.
How to redeem
The recipient books a complimentary Style Call at bswanstyle.com/style-call and enters their unique gift code. After the call, styling and onboarding begin.
No expiration
Gift certificates do not expire and carry no inactivity or maintenance fees.
Upgrades
The recipient may upgrade to a higher-priced eligible service by paying the confirmed price difference before styling work begins. Voluntary downgrades are not offered.
Scheduling and delivery
Scheduling and delivery depend on mutual availability. Specific event deadlines are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Please make rescheduling requests as early as possible.
Cancellations and refunds
Requests are reviewed individually, based on any work already started, the circumstances and applicable law. Approved refunds are ordinarily issued to the original payment method.
Lost codes
Lost or misplaced codes can be replaced after the purchase is verified. The original code then stops working.
Changing the recipient
Before redemption, the gift can be transferred to a different recipient after verification.
